The AVAYA IP Office telephone system can easily cater for almost every scenario as it is a ‘hybrid’. This means that it can be installed with either traditional digital telephones (9504, 9508, 1403, 1408, 1416, DS5420, DS5410, DS5402), analogue telephones or IP phones (1603SW, 1608, 1616, 9620).
The 9600 series of IP phones should be used for most customers in our opinion. This range is made up of the following IP phones: 9608, 9611G, 9621G, 9641G, 9620L, 9620C, 9630, 9630G, 9640G, 9650 and 9650C. The ‘G’ suffix signifies that the handset can be used as a Gigabit device.
